Cancelation of your order

Once you have placed your order, processing will begin and we will not be able to cancel your order, unless:

  1. You've requested to cancel your order in writing within 6 hours of placing your order. (AND)
  2. A processing payment of 14% has been made via Zelle.  

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If you find that you prefer a different size or style, we'd be happy to buy back your item for fair market value. You may also send in any other jewelry to be appraised for us to make an offer. We buy jewelry, gold and silver regardless of it's condition. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and make you an offer based on market prices. Please be sure to send your item insured and require a signature. If you choose not to accept our offer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to you.
